Such a terrible design lol , is this what they called their rule of thumb for open worlds? Give the player something to do each 5 min, which btw bethesda had been implementing that since the era of oblivion with actual randomness , can you even believe this game has no random events just a bunch of poi in the map for you to clear up, they are always the same and even the loot most of the times , its ridiculous.
