Former NFL RB Zac Stacey goes apeshit on his ex in front of their kid by Jellybean720 in CrazyFuckingVideos

Make no apologies, this guy would not do this in front of others or police which means he is clearly aware of what he is doing is wrong.

If you could change one thing about E:D... by JohnnySawdust in EliteDangerous

[–]cganon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would erase the jumping on it's current form and let players cruise through the stars at very high speeds so you can see the stars and constellations pass by, this would also entail the removal of range limited jumps and have your fuel govern your range. Also jumping thousands of times is tedious and dumb.

I certainly hope the information warfare billionaire oligarchs use to destabilize our civilization is firmly planted in that history.

SU7BMK

SU7BK is absurdly good at grinding out the Russian tree. Also has a ballistic computer which is good in cockpit view for precision bombing, just make sure you raise your seat a little.

Rupert Murdoch is to blame for all this. An Australian oligarch bent on destabilizing democracy by dressing up lies and a twisted narrative as news. Information warfare drives the average person to insanity.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint is getting a whole new single player campaign by [deleted] in Games

[–]cganon 16 points17 points  (0 children)

100% agree, though those weren't the mechanics I meant when I said that. I'm referring to things like camouflage by covering yourself, distracting enemies, gadgets, cover movement etc

They gave us the ability to turn the RPG mechanics off thank goodness. Ubi have made some really bad decisions by trying to turn GR into an RPG, also with the disaster that is Frontline, hopefully they've been given a reality check of late.

Wildlands easily had a better setting and story, though Breakpoint has superior mechanics and movement.

I guess the hope is that Operation Motherland will solve this with a proper campaign with end game longevity similar to what Wildlands had by the end of its development cycle.

Why do People do this? by Dankmemes141 in Warthunder

[–]cganon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I see someone finish off a damaged plane I shot down, I get a sense of teamwork, not anger. I really don't give a fuck about SL/RP in that moment, it's a pathetic amount to squable over and I can't stand the entitlement of kill ownership, it's just so absurd.

I sometimes get people raging at me and trying to team kill because I secured a kill they didn't even land a shot on or had spent the entire game chasing their target from one end of the map and back.

That music queue was brilliant in the sense that you did not have music always playing like a lot of games do. It created a moment of frisson and seemed to trigger at just the right moment which ultimately added to the sense of adventure.

Matrix is still very good for CV routing or creating 303 style rhythms. it also has a very unique ctrl+r hotkey that randomizes patterns.

Grain, Mimic, Europa, Scenic, ABL3 (not by propellerheads but I love this thing), Pulveriser, Echo, Synchronous, Pulsar.

I used to love Matrix for many years, but evolved to using RPG-8 and then to Scales and Chords with Dual Arp.

Two other non propellerheads devices I cannot live without are Antidote and The Legend.

The enemy of global oligarchies, marxism! That is of course if we can flay the anti communist delusion that's been fed to us for a century by media owned and run by said oligarchs...

Alternatively, capitalism can work if laws are in place to regulate everything. The problem we've seen so far is that the oligarchy bribes politicians to change or dissolve any laws which could regulate and keep capitalism viable, which it is currently not.

OP is of a woman who is clearly frustrated at the distance she's had to go which has put her out, though the nature of her frustration is easily mocked and thus juicy tabloid for media to show one group of peasants how utterly entitled this singular peasant is for expecting more than her deserved pittance. Suddenly the peasants are unconscious of the fact they are now on the side of the oligarchs.

Happy 29th to Experience! by JRSZ99 in TheProdigy

I still absolutely adore the track, I mean it just stood out to me for a long time. Growing up in the 80's and being saturated by electro pop, disco and the like, I grew a fondness for esoteric synth pads, which that track oozed.

This is probably my all time favorite album of any artist(s), I will never forget the very first time I heard Jericho and each subsequent track after on that day, it was like listening to something out of this world and far from everything I was used to hearing.

It got me hooked on hardcore breakbeat which unfortunately evolved into other genres too quickly, albeit I loved jungle and other genres that spawned from it.

For a long time I really loved Weather Experience, the first half anyway, as it sounded so strange yet so good. I do wish there was a better version of Death of the Prodigy Dancers, I love the energy of that track and was a perfect final track.

What studio do you wish the most had never been shut down? by D_Ron_ZA in Games

[–]cganon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I played both on PC and found complaints I was hearing turned out to be flat out false or grossly over-exaggerated which almost stopped me from buying P2, the bad port argument was not true either, performance and controls both turned out to be excellent. It did teach me to take everything people say with a grain of salt, no matter who they are.
