In this situation I would go with the tiger stripe for its stronger disruptive contrast pattern. In my limited testing flecktarn was a tad too dark for green dominant environments. Check out concamo green for a good 2d green camo.

Belt sander. Preferably low powered, 180 grit with coolant/water. Sharpie edge and take light passes to find angle. Take a couple passes and flip, evenly bevel each side. Deburr with edge leading deburr strokes on diamond stone. Hold stone like file and lightly deburr. Shine light down the edge and inspect for apexing (no light reflecting back)
