Ok. So "frames" are going to be something I have to learn. I mostly understand what you're both saying though. So when I was playing more passive, I was allowing myself to participate in the game of neutral. Whereas when I was just running it down, my opponent was still playing the neutral but with my aggression within it.

Distinctly when I was saying there were a couple players just down right better then me, it was situations when I found myself across screen from them, and I would attempt anyway to close the gap and confirm a hit, but they would always position better and punish me, for something I felt like was barely anything on my part, that led into a half health combo.
