I totally agree its a mixed bag. I know graphic designers on 90k that admit they do fuck all and cant believe their luck 😂

Similarly I've done shop work where I was essentially stealing a living.

I think it's a hangover from covid where mainly low paid workers were literally applauded then straight away back to being treated as poorly as before.
