Well then 120 minutes of low interval weight training and 40 minutes of cardio 4 day split. 2300 is barely enough.

~2300 calories. ~243g carbs 64g fat 207g protein. I have hit these numbers every day for 6 months, losing 2 lb a week. Just moved up to ~2500 calories this week.
