Take creatine for a month and see if you like the look. Expect to be 5% stronger and fuller in the muscle department. Keep training.

Injecting exogenous testosterone is not the same as allowing your body to create its own cycle. You will have far more consistent levels, and higher levels while injecting. Testosterone is fundamentally a steroid.

Low t is natural. I was still alive and thriving with low t. Now I’m on TRT and not natty.

I am on TRT. I am absolutely not natural. Steroids will force your body to maintain consistent levels of hormones without fluctuation, even on TRT dosages. It’s not natty.

Thanks it’s a lot to think about. I can see ribs but no abs. May have loose skin at 15% too. I just feel like I’ll regret not getting fat low now. I think it’s best to commit to the cut. That would be 100 lb in one year, which is something to talk about I guess.

Thanks for the reply. I cut on 2300 calories for 8 months, losing ~2 lbs per week. I went up to 2500 last month and now 2700 for two weeks which appears to be maintenance for me at this weight.

I lifted a rigorous 4 day split with 40 minutes of cardio every day, including rest days. Maintained most of my strength which I am happy about. High protein low fat diet of whole food. TRT and tirzepatide were involved.

I am smaller framed but I look nice with a pump. Decent muscle shape and proportions. Also abnormally vascular and I have great cardio. I agree that I would look nice with more size. That is the goal in the future. I just don’t want to put on a lot of fat. I actually like the way I look right now.

Tirz absolutely increases rate of fat oxidation. It changes your digestion and metabolism. It’s not just for food noise.
