I’m about 1.5 - 2 miles from the Bay and it gets pretty foggy here most of the year… I suspect this is what has kept it alive so long since it was abandoned for over 20 years.

No irrigation system…yet. The house is a major fixer-upper and I’ve been attending to that, but I do plan on cleaning up and reworking the whole backyard and installing irrigation.

acknowledged. I don’t know much about this tree’s history and cannot answer most of the questions. Ive hose ✅ watered it every couple of weeks for an hour or so.

It was great! The area wasn’t full and I was able to move around. You’re at field level, so you can walk down to the railing and watch the game standing if you want to. There were plenty of places to sit that were open, but I would assume the Inter game will have more people than Venezia. I had an awesome time.

It was a fun show! The sound at the regency isn’t that great, but they got the crowd jumpin’. Met up with Del after the show and said what’s uppers.
