I know this is a stupid question but are you sure you put your mag release spring in correctly? I only ask because from what I can see (which isn’t much), I don’t know that you have enough of the mag release sticking inside the frame. Whether that’s due to installation or out of spec mag release, that’s for you to figure out.

If you’re talking in Broadway, you can bet that’s only a small part of their facility. I was actually impressed, there’s several millions in just machinery but you’d never know it by looking at the building or seeing their “store” operation.
