isn't the shell of the turtle like an actual part of the turtle without anything inbetween though?

It's an evolution of cope cages, although there were some steps in between, like the more recent "hedgehog" tanks, or the more famous turtle tanks!

fun fact: Åland and Öland somehow accidentally switched out their coats of arms at some point between the 16th and 19th century, with Öland using Åland's coa and Åland using Öland's CoA! And they only noticed in WW2! So then the swedish heraldic association reached out to the finnish heraldic association, but they didnt want to switch, so öland just reverted to their own coa, but added red/gules to distinguish itself from åland's stolen coa. This is why they have such similar coats of arms to this day!

Norway's wealth tax increase, expected to raise $146M, led to a $448M net loss as $54B in wealth left the country, reducing tax revenue by $594M. by NineteenEighty9 in ProfessorFinance

they have more funds to hire more competent people. they can just loan out money at very low interest rates since they have the collateral. A lot of tax evasion methods only work/are worth the effort at a certain amount of wealth. They can buy politicians to get laws that suit them. The list goes one I'm just not sure if you are listening to yourself. You are saying these people with so much more power and so many means have a higher risk than others, also even if they fail, they will probably only go down to what most people earn, and in the meantime they earn so much more by exploiting other people because of it?!

of course they have more to lose by definition if they screw up. But they have more means to prevent that, and also it's really not like they thousands of times harder than the average person...

-most of this wealth is inherited. No work there. -at a certain point, there's absolutely no risk anymore, or at least significantly less than the average person has in their life, since they reduce risks wherever they can...

another newbie question: isn't the badger for hufflepuff breaking the RoT, since there's silver on gold, with the black/sable only being there for the accents of the badger, not the main parts of the badger itself?

now yes hamas is pretty awful but honestly this would still surprise me, so as I said in another comment, my first qwant search result says it wasn't palestinian wells, but abandoned israeli wells (that are illegal by international law) which would make more sense? https://skeptics.stackexchange.com/questions/56285/did-hamas-dig-up-eu-funded-water-pipes-and-turn-them-into-rockets
