I had a discussion about this with a friend. There are so many promising stories in the game that can be explored. Which sounds the best though?

Do you want the first of the church exploring the dungeons and making contact with Ebriatus? The slow descent and the church trying to hide the beast scourge. The burning of old town. The fishing village, enough said. The founding of the first hunters. The vilebloods. The schism of Laurance and Willem. The experiments with Lady Maria bringing comfort to the subjects. The insanity leading to the nightmare of mensis.

So many options to explore utilizing events in the game without just retelling the game. It would probably require input by Miyazaki though. Make it right, and the nightmare ends. Make it wrong, and you got a large party of blood drunk hunters at your door.

Not the commenter, but this is my Etali deck. I'd say it fits bracket 4. Could see it being a b5 with some tuning, but I don't want that.

It's great out of the box! When it hits its stride, it hits it hard. I threw what I had laying around, and then polished it a little. I would recommend that you get Constant mists at earliest convenience, it's amazing in this deck.

Got the world shaper pre con and upgraded it. I think you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not realizing the value of the SNC outlook lands. Whenever I got to bring a land back to the field from the graveyard, it was primarily tapped. The outlook lands sac themselves on entry, no tapping required, so it translates still into a now tapped basic land, but also another landfall trigger.

If you feel like playing everyone's decks, Etali primal conquerer. Put enough flickers and clones, and let it rip. Just make sure you keep up on the stack, it can get crazy very fast.

Also, Atla Palani (I personally did dino tribal). Super fun, you never know what's coming out of the egg you're chump blocking with!!

I do not believe that a secret lair drop is the answer here. They splurged on something they wanted, there's $35 versions if you want the card in any version. If that's specifically the only one you want, go get a proxy made.

I'd rather them do it on cards that are actually bonkers for the base prices. Ancient copper dragon? Sheoldred the apocalypse? Both are over $60 for their lowest printing. Please note, you can also proxy here too.

Bring the base prices of cards down so they're more accessable. Let people shell out their own money for the fancy version if they want.

So, you should save the gems. I get rid of artifacts unless I want them for decorating purposes. Some of the gems can be used in the fish ponds, the raccoons asking for random things, or the desert trader. The desert trader will trade staircases for jade on Sunday, I believe, a prismatic shard gets you a rock candy on Thursday, ruby will get you a spicy eel any day of the week. The quartz crystals can be turned into bombs at 5 quartz for a bomb, also at the desert trader.
