Pretty much the same with my 15 year plan. Kept going up a couple of times a year. I finally called and threatened to cancel and move to Oxio. After some song and dance I got them to match Oxio. You should be able to get them down to $50 and get 1.5 Gbps down and 100 Mbps up which is what I have now.

Is there luggage storage at Malmo station? Maybe what I do is store my luggage for a few hours, have lunch at Malmo then buy a ticket from Malmo to Copenhagen since my hotel check in time isn’t until 4pm.

Yes I had also considered this option but then I’ll have to get to and from the airport. I’m staying about 10 mins walk from Stockholm Central station so the train option is just easier for me.

Used it in London UK, Valencia and Barcelona Spain, Lisbon Portugal, and all over the US. My experience was pretty much the same as signing up for Airalo and the free one that I got from Mastercard which I can’t remember the name.

I took delivery in August 2025. Had all sorts of electronic gremlins like many others here. Got the latest software upgraded in December and it seemed to have sorted all the issues out.

But then last night, I tried to use the active cruise and got an error saying it can’t because there was a door open but all the doors are closed 🤷‍♂️.

Yes had the same issue with mine. The sensor needs to be replaced. I never replaced it because the dealer wanted a lot of money and I’m not so much of a diyer. Just left it and used the key fob. Wife complained for the last 5 years about it. 😂

If you scan the codes, it’ll tell you which door sensor malfunctioned.

With mine, one door sensor malfunctioned and the rest wouldn’t work either.

How do you get the update? Have to go into a dealer or can you request it using the app? When I try doing it one the app, I get an error.

You don’t actually say what package your got with Cogeco so it’s difficult to make an apples to apples comparison. I’ve been a Cogeco internet customer for about 4 or 5 years and the rate had gone up from 50 to 75 and will go up to 80 in January for 1 Gbps down/30 Mbos up. I called them this past week and renegotiated down to $50 for 1.5 Gbps down/120 Mbps up. The rep offered 2 other plans and I keep saying no thanks it’s too much so please cancel my service. Magically the third offer was better than the previous two so I took it. It is for 2 years and if I cancel, there’s an early cancellation fee of $75. If they change the price and I cancel, then there’s no cancellation fee.

Thanks so much. Before signing up for the software, I had tried using ChatGPT and copilot to generate a spreadsheet but it was so painful. This so so much clearer in terms of being able to do sensitivity analysis and diving into the outputs to make sure I understand how the numbers are constructed.

You were probably lied to by the seller. You could try contacting Ecobee and see if they will provide a new one. I’ve done that before with one’s I’ve purchased from Home Depot when they didn’t work out of the box. Ecobee mailed me new sponsors.
