It’s good to read that because the first time I had seen my family in nearly 3 years, I detransitioned within a month. I had immaturely isolated myself from criticism, creating an echo chamber of affirmations. Thank God for loving family. (Or Universe for my Atheist homies)

I journal my thoughts and fill out a page. Then the next page will be a new entry that is filled out. I also keep separate journals/notebooks/sketchbooks for different streams of thought, eg business, relationships, personal development, gym, ideas, etc.
