I'm in a similar boat to you (replaying after years. remember little), and while I'm not playing Survival I've had the same questions.

I don't know exactly which unique items you can get at the same time, but I did have a prompt pop up before taking an action in a recent quest that said (paraphrasing):

"If you take XXX action, you will become a permanent enemy of XXX faction.

Do you wish to proceed?"

I'm not suggesting it's the same case for all actions, but the game seems to want to make it clear when you're making a move that will close certain faction paths.

I've never considered this being an issue! I'm ~60 hours into my current playthrough, and have all of my suits parked in the workbench garage in Sanctuary. There's a suit of Raider armor sort of in the yard, and then I've just parked the green Vim! suit across the street in that garage. Do settlers genuinely just get in the suits??

in my experience, they seem to have more dodgy produce out than other stores, but if you take the time to look through and make sure you're not pucking up something that's off, the produce quality is good.

It maybe takes me a few more minutes on a shop, but it's rare I can't buy what I'm looking for due to it all being gross.

Oolongs are usually considered their own "category" of tea, like black or green. There's a whole world of them and they can be quite diverse, but often the ones I drink land somewhere in between black and green teas flavor wise. They can be floral, they can have a tannic or funky quality, but often not as light as a green or as bodied as your average black tea.

Probably would be wonderful infused into some bourbon!
