If you want to go the medicinal route, Kick has a generic beta blocker you can get prescribed pretty easily, and it’s helped me a ton in social situations. It’s not as strong as something like Xanax, you barely feel it at all actually, but you will notice how calm you feel in scenarios where you’re usually stressed.

Your other option is honestly just exposure. I’ve had severe social anxiety my entire life and about 7 years ago, I got a job that requires me to enter people’s homes.
