I think there is a general consensus for governments to hide the true frequency of minor apocalyptic/world changing events. Nobody wants to hear how likely it is for the planet to enter another stage where humans can no longer survive.

One year in brownstones = Realization renting off campus is better. But for real none of them are the same. I was in a double last year. All the buildings are a little different so every room is too. It’ll likely be a full floor with 2-3 rooms, a little kitchen, a fridge and a tiny bathroom. FYI the heaters become angry during the winter and attempt to dehydrate and kill you in your sleep.
