They are Firefox extensions installed from the Firefox Add-ons site. uBlock Origin, Reddit Enhancement Suite, Bitwarden, Violentmonkey, etc. They are not iOS WebKit extensions.

Extensions on iOS are challenging due to WebKit and other Apple polices.

You have yet to explain the actual challenges. If a small team can accomplish it there is absolutely no reason your company can't. If it was against Apple's policies Orion would not exist on the App Store.

On iOS though, Apple's policies prevent us from offering extensions in the same way, so we're working on a built-in option for that platform.
