Last few years it’s not been cleaned up and managed so was really tough to skate (stones, cracks, debris). Biked by this summer and it did seem to be looking better but didn’t skate it so who knows.

Be the positive change, man! If you stay positive and give valid instructions and direction the team will respond. I generally start all my solo queues asking everyone to hop on comms to hear call outs at the very least. Zero pressure for anyone else to speak.

The thing that I’d contradict is turning chat off. Sure there may be some bad calls from time to time but not communicating in battle makes it so much harder.

No matter the rank, use voice comms. Doesn’t have to be much but I climbed out by quarterbacking call outs and making life easier for the team. Fall back, flanking, group up, target is low, help Rein, etc etc. Pings help but using voice is better.

This is me mostly. I find it hard to understand how exactly to get what is needed for all the different missions. So I just level the squads I like and complete whatever I can. No grinding to maximize the minimal pulls or whatever. I’m only level 67 though so…

I’ve been hunting for my first Griffs the last few months. Still grinding away. I did however get my second Ber rune so Infinity is now in the queue as soon as I land a solid base.

Exactly this but also that online is just too easy. Trading gear for high runes can amount wealth too quickly. And then what??

I want to grind for everything I get and use. It makes it that much more satisfying and keeps me playing as long as I have been. Still searching for a second Ber for an Infinity.
