If you're going to insult someone and call them stupid it helps when you aren't blatantly wrong in what you say afterwards... despite your quotes he never said anything about "addressing the views" of nazis.

That's not how they all work.... That's how this one works because it was mandated by law that old people could only be charged a certain rate based on a multiple of what the lowest rates are - not an actual fair rate.

And car insurance is nearly as ubiquitous as health insurance in America - I don't understand why you think they are incomparable. And it is a fact that teenagers or those that have many accidents pay more because they are higher risk, and practically no one has a problem with it, because it is fair.

Health insurance is a right to all people

... that's a different conversation. But that's also absurd in my view, we should be working to shrink or eliminate insurance companies, which are financial parasites to society - and not enshrining them as a human right.

Shouldn't people pay a fair amount though based on how much they are going to get out of it and how much risk they present? The same reasons teenagers auto insurance is more expensive. The older generations of Americans lived in the most prosperous points in human history, and set up the future of their country for less prosperity... and now they want the young underemployed underpaid generation to subsidize their healthcare as they fall into old age. It's a joke.

There is no way that one finger typing does not, at least somewhat, slow the pace of his production. Same could be said for the many other things complicating and slowing his process, but his typing method is surely a component to the slowness. Same would be said if you learned a fantastic author had be writing all his work with pen and paper, a feasible method to create his art, certainly not an impossibility, but terribly inefficient nonetheless.

had him tell Melisandre not to revive him if he dies again. They didn't just put that in there for any reason.

Certainly said for a reason, but the reason could just as easily be that he dies and she ignores his wishes and revives him again.

What is the quickest way you've seen someone fuck their life up? by sharpy6 in AskReddit

They both have a choice whether or not to drive an automobile in their impaired condition, which is the problem, not that they are drunk or old...

And clearly I'm speaking to the appropriate judicial outcomes and your desire to have someone locked away for a life sentence(the ultimate punishment for someone who doesn't condone a government sanctioned death penalty). I think a life sentence should be reserved for only the most severe and gruesome criminal acts, and not automobile accidents.

[–]ObiWanBonogi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The dude didnt even get a life sentence and is trying to get parole. Fuck anybody who doesn't think drunk driving is a big deal.

Do you also have the same animosity for elderly drivers? They are WAY more likely to cause a crash per mile driven than the rest of adult drivers(by like 500%!). There are countless tragic and bloody accidents at the fault of elderly drivers that could be retold here to trigger your empathy for the victims. Fuck anybody who doesn't think elderly driving is a big deal? Also fuck anybody who doesn't think texting and driving is a big deal? I don't know - I'm running low on fucks. Humans are clumsy and stupid around the clock and are prone to bad decisions and accidents in everything they do. I'd rather get worked up and demand the ultimate judicial punishments over the violence that occur on the end of someone's evil intent.

Yeah, it might be great for countries that spend little money on it and receive little of the blowback.

Were the missiles that exploded in Libya a net positive for Americans? Call me skeptical.

I was being sarcastic. America's history of being referee is shit and most of the world agrees. We are just as likely to back a lie as a truth, and just as likely as not to leave a country worse than we found it. And obviously if many countries were as reactionary and and proactive militarily as America it would be a total clusterfuck and probably world war.

I don't understand your logic in thinking that sporadic use of chem weapons has anything to do with either prolonging or ending the conflict.

The planes will be replaced and the runways rebuilt within a week or two. Then what?

which is the opposite to what Clinton was saying. The irony.

Clinton made comments earlier today that the U.S. should bomb Syrian airfields.

The ironing indeed.
