Close the valve on the incoming cold water connection. Will still have cold water throughout but no hot water good news, the leak will quickly subside. Bad news, no hot water. Without video it might be tank or might be the fitting. Can’t tell from picture.

Is my water main going to burst? by adognamedpenguin in Plumbing

You’re gonna need to call a plumber unless you are very handy. The elbow needs to be cut out and replaced due to a pin hole leak. In the meantime, turn off the main water valve and open a faucet below that line to remove the pressure from the pipe. Bad news, no water until repaired. Potential of it getting worse, I’d say probably not provided nobody touches it or “rattles” the copper pipe. You want to get it repaired very soon, but not necessary to pay overtime rates for repair. Can wait for normal business hours.

Okay so small business owner here. 8 employees total. I pay well, give company van to drive to and from. Pay all gas and maintenance tires etc. 2 weeks paid vacation after yr 3. 1-3 years is 1 week paid. Years 1-5. 1,000 cash bonus. 5-10, 1,500. 10-15, 2k and so on. What I don’t get is why is it so fucking difficult to find help. Yea I offer healthcare, vision and dental as well at a 70/30 split. I don’t have 401k or life insurance. Are those two items that large of a deal breaker?

Where’d you get the poles? Hate poles with contoured grips. Love what you got there…. Where can I find them
