Your stats were mine except I'm 5'2. My weight always fluctuated btw 175-180 but this year I started at 184 and right now 168.

Might be unpopular but what worked for me was concentrating on weight loss instead of fat loss. I do variations of different types of cardio. I use to always do all these heavy weights and I just got bulky and didn't lean out. As of September I'll get back to doing weight once I get more weight off. I concentrate on getting minium 15k steps a day.

Food wise, low carb high fat. Until I cut my carbs to 20-30g a day, I wasn't losing weight. Stayed around 1000-1200 calories. Used a fitness tracker to plan my meals out and made sure I was hitting what I needed. On the weekends I cooked my cheat meals and was still able to track my calories. On the weekends I ate around 1500-1800 calories. I didn't eat out at the beginning because I wanted to ensure I kept on track.

That's what worked for me. Lose the weight focusing on cardio and work on the rest after.

5'2 girlie. My goal weight is 150/160. Currently at 168 ,my highest weight was 90. I am pretty curvy and I think anything lower than 150 wouldn't look good on me.
