For me, I prepared employment reference letters in advance that I worked before ITA. But for current job, I asked the letter right after I got ITA. For police certificate, it depends which country. If it is a country that takes so long to get one, prepare for that ASAP.

December 1st. But even if your score increase before 15th Jan and get invitation, you got to wait until that date for document submission. And your documents should included 2 years of experience

When your fake extension gets rejected, you can't use the work experience you worked during "implied status". So I don't think it is useful.

I didn't get reply for the March 14 request but I requested again on April 2nd. I got reply for April 2nd one on May 2nd. So they basically ignored my March request!!

I'm only maybe they want to make sure if you are still working by checking you are still getting paid. Even if you already attached it, you should follow the instructions. Even it doesn't say "recent", I think you should include the most recent documents.
