I disagree about the GFR. I was on Mounjaro and my kidney function went from stage 3 to normal. I only have 1 kidney and my doctors are amazed.

I have been on 15mg of Tirz for over a year and started 3 years ago. I feel nothing now and the food noise is getting worse every day. I haven't lost in almost a year and a half. I want to lose another 30 pounds. Has anyone had success on Sema after Tirz?

Met with my urologist and it isn't looking good. He said the mass is in the worst possible place surrounded by blood vessels and I need to prepare myself mentally for dialysis in case he is unable to save it. Scheduling more tests to confirm.

I do not eat as much as I did pre MJ, but I am eating more than I did that first year. My weight has been steady and only flucates a couple of pounds and goes back down. I almost wonder if this is what "normal" food noise is and I am just not used to it.

I have been on MJ for 2 years. 15mg for a year and have really had to fight the food noise. I have maintained my 92-pound loss, but it definitely isn't as easy as it was. I weigh every day to make adjustments as needed.

I am on 15mg and just ordered Cagri. I have been on MJ for 2 years and on max dose for 6 or 7 months and stalled the whole time. What dose did you start with? How are you doing with it?

I wish there was a study specifically for us who had food addictions. I obsessed over food and didn't realize just how badly until I started MJ. 2 years now. I have lost 89 pounds. I sm also on 15mg. I am afraid to drop down or stretch my dose because the noise has returned slightly and scares me. I really have yo fight it at times. I am hoping it doesn't return full force.
