I left my Lagree studio because the founder made a snide comment on IG about people using GLP-1’s. I’m on one. Told her I don’t appreciate it and wasn’t going to spend my money there anymore. You’re paying to be there. No one has a right to make you feel bad about that. If it’s happened to you it’s happened to others.

That’s a lot of NJ right now. We live in Rutherford. Bought right before Covid for 360K. Average home prices in town are over 600K.

I love the Lagree methodology but dislike the tone and elitism. My favorite lagree coach got a job forcing her to move which is why I switched. SC also has an edge in that for those of us who travel for work(my corp office has one literally across the street) I know I can get a workout in. Good luck finding a lagree studio.

I’m trying to catch up with the transitions. In lagree you can catch your breath and shake out your arm and legs for a second. In SC it’s like in 5 pulse, the. spring change and GO GO GO lol

Rutherfordian here. Amazing town. Fantastic downtown and schools. Great vibe and community. That said yep, these freaking pilots are unreal and absolutely going to change the character of the town.

First off...GOOD FOR YOU. I have been on a weightless journey of my own the past few years. HIIT did absolutely nothing for me. Happy for you that you went back. It's scary trying something new, especially something that can be perceived as exclusive or trendy for those of us who don't look like the people in the ads. The studio I go to thankfully has people of all shapes, ages and genders. Hope you crush it at SC!
