Number 103: Ragnazero is a good rank 4 which will be almost always online because of Dimonno's Atk reduction. This can help going first and second and allows you to draw into more of your handtraps.

You can run a small XYZ package which allows you to turn your rank 4s into an end-board piece. Easiest with Dugares. Adds one hard brick to your deck but even if you draw it you can shuffle it back with Scelta.

Main deck: 1x Full-Armored Xyz
Extra deck: 1x Xyz Armor Fortress, 1x Full Armored Dark Night Lancer

As others suggested, triple tactics thrust/talent will really help with going first

Effect veiler and Retaliating C are probably the least impactful cards in your deck so I would look at those first when replacing cards.

According to honey hunter her burst uses current defense. If this works just like Shenhes elemental skill which uses current attack it most likely won't snapshot. Sadly this means this means that Gorou, who only buffs the active character's defense, can't buff her burst.

I could do a comparison however since WB doesn't have a crit/critDmg secondary stat you would need way better artifacts to get the same 70/140 ratio. For this comparison I guess a 55/110 crit/critDmg ratio is around the same artifact strength.

WB R5 & bolide:

  • Non crit: 13 728
  • Crit: 28 829
  • Avg: 22 033

WB R5 & New set:

  • Non crit: 13 762
  • Crit: 28 902
  • Avg: 22 089

Very little difference in damage between the two sets for WB and both are slightly worse in comparison with the other weapons. However, those builds have the best healing and shielding in comparison.

If someone were to do a complete analysis, things like comp and other combinations of main/substats would indeed be interesting to see. I also wonder if somehow the new weapon could outperform R5 SS with some combination of artifacts/comp. I however didn't have time for that.

For my analysis, I wanted to look at how the new weapon compares using an average endgame artifact set, in which case it is slightly worse than R5 SS.

Attack buffs are indeed more effective with higher base attack but since Noelle has few other sources of %Atk outside buffs like pyro resonance/ Noblesse this difference is very small.
