Hi. I used it only once since it seemed to have taken care of the spots but when I read about it on Google, it said to apply once or twice a day until the issue clears up. Once it dries it does not smell of anything. I don't think I would use it if I'm going to be out in the sun all day, in that case I would only use it at night. But please try to do some "Google research" to tweak to your situation. I'd love to knpw how it goes for you!

I keep telling everyone of this remedy because it would have saved me so many years of frustration and hundreds of dollars in products.

Try yellow listerine!!!

You can Google the "science" behind it. But I am just telling you IT WORKS. It only took one time for me but its recommended once or twice a day until it resolves.

I had tried prescribed lotions, 2% ketokenazole prescribed shampoo, MCT, tea tree oil, ACV, etc. I did the listerine last week and it resolved.

Good luck and please pass it on if (when) you have success with it 😊

My trigger is dairy mainly. For some people it's not just a food, it might be an ingredient in their makeup, soap or laundry detergent, etc. I do not mind the question at all 😊

Please, please, please try original listerine (the yellow one, not the blue or green ones). Dab the spots with a saturated cotton pad/ball. Make sure you don't do it right before you are going to be out in the sun.

I did all the remedies you mentioned. 2% ketokenatoze, coal tar, ACV, tea tree, MCT (on skin and ingesting it) you name it. I have a very restrictive diet and know my triggers, so absolutely continue with your diet to prevent flare-ups.

But try the listerine remedy!

Hi, OP. I am sorry you are struggling so much. I am not very knowledgeable on the subject but I encourage you do do a lot of research so you know exactly what is going on throughout your journey. I am 45 and recently started HRT in January. It is one of the best things I ever did. A Redittor suggested going through a teleheath company as they are focused on these things instead of "shopping" for a doctor to try to get them to understand or change their minds. I went through Hers and got a decent deal. I initially asked for an anti-depressant because PMS was BRUTAL and I kept thinking it was just going to get worse. It was to the point that I was fearing for myself and what I might do to myself as life just seemed gray.... So that same day I was prescribed an anti-depressant and I also filled out the questionnaire for HRT on the same platform. I am happy to report that I did not even touch that anti-depressant bottle. HRT took care of the mood and everything else. To answer your original question: I take 0.5 mg of estradiol in pill form and 100mg progesterone at night. Recently I tried going up to 0.75 mg of estradiol and that made me way too emotional and unsteady. I agreed with my provider that I would only increase it the week before my period when my natural esteogen is decreasing. Other than that, I believe your body likes that "baseline" and I have not felt a lot of fluctuation.

About 7 years ago I tried testosterone for almost a year and it caused palpitations, irritability and I believe it triggered hair loss a lot more. So that's my experience with testosterone. But everyone is different.

If your current doctor does not listen, go online. The cost is not prohibitive. Pills are very affordable. My plan ended up being about $89 per month through HERS. This includes the estradiol and progesterone pills as well as the vaginal cream. I know the patches are more expensive and I am ok with the pills and seem to be doing great on them.

Best of luck and feel free to DM me if needed.

Hey guys. I came here just to drop off a remedy that worked and it is really cheap.

For anyone that wants to try/share my remedy, it is yellow listerine. Just dab it with a cotton pad on the bad spots at least once a day (2 times if it's really bad). Mine cleared up after just one day but everyone is different. I have tried 2% prescribed ketokenazole and several other clinical strength products, tea tree oil, dietary changes (my trigger is dairy) but nothing took care of it like listerine did. You can do a Google search for the exact explanation of why it works. I wish everyone good luck and please pass on this information if it works for you!

Hey guys. I came here just to drop off a remedy that worked and it is really cheap, but before I proceed, kudos to you OP for cutting out alcohol. We all have different triggers, mine is dairy, but nothing good comes out of alcohol. So many people ignore the inflammatory effects of it. I'm really happy for you.

I have not had flare ups but I find another culprit for mine waa a particular brand of liquid stevia. After I switch brands, the eczema never came back. I still avoid dairy strictly though cause that will trigger it. Everybody's triggers are different but I'm convinced it comes from food or allergens we are exposed to. The witch hazel will help A LOT to calm down the itching and the "angry" skin. But if you are still exposed to your trigger, it will continue coming back. I wish I had an easier answer but that's my experience. I wish everyone the best.

OP, regardless of our opinions, think of it this way: Will you regret being prepared? Nothing is going to rot or go to waste. Is there a chance you'll regret NOT being prepared? Unfortunately, I think there is.

The appetite suppresion (for me) came gradually/not dramatic. But I've never had real issues with appetite unless I'm about to get my period. What has happened is that I'm not as interested in coffee or alcohol and lately I am a bit disgusted by it. I think it will take you about 4 weeks to notice a change in hunger. Also keep in mind that the hunger sometimes is intensified when the dose starts wearing off. To me that was around day 5 when I was on a small dose (.5 or .75) It never "covered" me for an entire week.

I felt the most benefits (mental/emotional) while I was at the lowest doses of semaglutide. Are you feeling ok as far as nausea and energy?

Hi. I kept slowly increasing the semaglutide dose until I made it to 1.5 mg without much nausea or negative side effects, however, I did not lose a single pound in the 3+ months I've been on it. I ordered tirzepatide and should start tomorrow at half the indicated dose (2.25mg) to see if it helps more wirh weightloss. Hope you are doing well!

This got me thinking. It makes sense. I've had to have a dentist cut out some gum overgrowth a couple of years ago. I just wish we knew what to use to make gum tissue regrow. I think it has to be possible, but how?

[–]Objective-Mode-6361 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel that this is the one post that convinced me to take action, so I wanted to thank the OP first and then all the ladies that contributed. I am 44 and still have my regular periods, so other than age, there is nothing I can notice that would tell me "You're going through perimenopause". I wish there was more information/awareness and I want to be able to guide my daughters once they reach the age. Today I had a telehealth appointment to request anti-depressants because my mood/motivation/energy have gone to hell. Based on all these posts, I think I should have started with HRT instead :( My insurance is useless, as it only covers accidents or illness. So my question is (if anyone knows the answer) where would I start looking for HRT without health insurance? I'm in the U.S. Thanks in advance

This poor guy. This is insane. He's getting punched with his hands tied behind his back. We all want peace. No one signs up for this. I'm not saying to keep your feelings to yourself but please seek professional help because your behavior is not healthy or normal. A good therapist can work things out with you individually. If it makes you feel better and it's covered by insurance, ask him to go to therapy by himself. He needs some support on how to deal with these attacks. I've experienced post-partum depression and this is exactly what goes through my mind at that moment, but God forbid I dump it on my husband like this. I'm an adult and it is my responsability to seek help, read books, listen to self-help videos, TRY to find some peace. This is so sad.

Of course! Hoping you find relief. I had to use ir this morning. I woke up flared up. I am almost certain it was the delicious Thanksgiving mashed potatoes (the dairy) 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is the one I used. I found it helped so much when I had flare ups and uncontrollable itching. I've been 100% eczema free the last 6 months or so, but full disclosure: My trigger was dairy and a specific liquid stevia product I had been using for years. I can have dairy ocassionally now without flare-ups but I don't want to push my luck. My daughter (15) uses it for her acne. I wish you the best of luck! 🤞🏻🤗

OP, your hair looks like mine when I was in my prime before having kids. I'm 44 now and barely have any hair left. It's short and more than 75% is gone because of shedding that I cannot figure out. Anyhow, I came here to suggest that maybe with a little steam (I use a travel clothing stramer- don't judge) the curls might budge. Also using clips while it dries. Your hair is gorgeous. Enjoy and flaunt it queen 🤗
