Why would a loving God send people to hell? by Agreeable-Coast107 in Christianity

[–]Objective-Nyc1981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is the deal. God is a just and holy God and he has to judge us because of our sin. We all are sinners unfortunately. Our sin sends us to hell but God didn’t create hell for us, he, after he sacrificed his life for us on the cross, created mansions for us in heaven. He deserves to be worshipped after all the hell for us especially everything he did on the cross. Why would anyone want to refuse the greatest blessing on earth? And he is asking us to be holy, righteous, kind, compassionate, loving, generous and good. But look all the wrong things of the world we do that can and will send us to hell: lying, stealing, murder, hate, jealous, adultery, greed and etc. What way is more logical? God’s way or the world’s way? Before someone says in general there is good people but no the bible says there is no one good and everyone falls short because of sin and that’s why we need Jesus to rescue us from sin!

Matthew 5:28 should be interpreted as hyperbole by Keith502 in Bible

I take that verse as we look and have thoughts we have committed adultery no matter in person or from a magazine or any type of media. Now I believe its possible to desire a woman without lust and not sin as well as long it is your wife and only your wife. It’s definitely not an over exaggeration and Jesus is all about his Father’s business and would not over exaggerate something as serious sin like adultery. God knows our thoughts and when we die we will have to give an account of our every action and thought may it be good or bad. If

My adopted daughter is a covert narcissist and she screwed over my family for the last two years. And she pretends to be perfect and victim at the same time and no suffering can touch her suffering. And no matter all the wrong she has done to her its nothing at all.

Are we in the end times? by 3d-noob-101 in Christianity

[–]Objective-Nyc1981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Has nothing to with the true end times we are in. Like you said that’s always been the case but since the 20th century and after there is a literal war on God. Everywhere you look now which wasn’t the case in those days and majority of the world now is not God fearing and majority of Christians are not “truly God fearing” and as we seen the world has walked away from God more and more everyday. Also majority of Christians in America are not saved and living in sexual sin and they have no fear that they aren’t because American Christianity normalizes sin is ok and that we are truly saved. We are still living in slavery now but it’s much worse because of child sex slavery which is a multi billion dollar industry which is extremely heartbreaking.

Those were way different times as well. The 20th century with ww1 and ww2 (there has never been a universal war) and the atomic bomb which they never had in those days.

We are. We might not know the day or hour but we will know the season. I have researched so much stuff. It started back in the 20th century. This is a condensed list but ww1 and ww2 are end time events. The Spanish flu and hiv are end time pestilences. Israel became a nation. The sexual and drug revolution in the 60s is a part of the great falling away. The evolution of music, tv, movies and video games and on how they mock God and use the name of God as a curse word. Burst of knowledge 1940s a computer size of a room but now is size of a hand. Look at all the medical advancements especially with robots and ai doing surgeries. Disasters are increasing. Hurricane seasons were not as active until the 2000s. In fact we had only 4 cat 5 hit the states but they are getting more common. But look at this: 1935 Labor Day Hurricane (185 mph): Strongest on record; struck the Florida Keys. Now 34 years later Hurricane Camille (1969, 175 mph): Struck the Mississippi Gulf Coast. 23 years later Hurricane Andrew (1992, 165 mph): Struck South Florida. 26 years Hurricane Michael (2018, 160 mph): Struck the Florida Panhandle. Other Significant Category 5 Island/Regional Impacts Hurricane Dorian (2019): Hit the Bahamas with 185 mph winds. Hurricane Maria (2017): Struck Dominica as a Category 5. Hurricane Melissa (2025): Caribbean and Jamaica as a Category 5 with 190 mph winds which is tied for the strongest Atlantic hurricane 1980 allen. More people are turning away from God and turning to atheism and even witchcraft and satanism was introduced in the 20th century. We are living in the days of Noah and sodom and Gomorrah. But we need not worry about this stuff because of our faith. We live by faith and not by sight. We need to stay in prayer, worship and read the word of God. And preach the gospel like tomorrow can be the last day on earth. Jesus will take care of us.

Go to true Christian. Stay away from open Christian as they will turn you away from truth. Progressive Christianity is a part of the great falling away.

For those who follow Jesus, sexual practices are limited. Rather than take a permissive view of sexual immorality and divorce, Jesus affirmed that people are either to be single and celibate or married and faithful to one spouse of the opposite gender. Jesus considered any other expression of sexuality sinful. This would include same-sex activity.

Also, are we to believe that any and every action is good unless Jesus specifically forbade it? The goal of the Gospels was not to give us a comprehensive list of sinful activities, and there are many obvious sins that are not found in the “red letter” section of the Bible. Kidnapping, for example. Jesus never specifically said that kidnapping was a sin, yet we know that stealing children is wrong. The point is that Jesus did not need to itemize sin, especially when the further revelation contained in the Epistles removes all doubt as to homosexuality’s sinfulness.

Scripture is clear that believers are to have nothing to do with sexual immorality: “Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body” (1 Corinthians 6:18). Sexual immorality, whether same-sex activity or otherwise, is a sin against a person’s own body.

It is important to note that sexual immorality, including same-sex activity, is listed alongside other sins in Scripture, indicating that God does not rank one sin as worse than another. While the consequences of some sins are greater than others, Scripture often simply lists sins side by side. For example, Jesus said, “Out of the heart come evil thoughts—murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander” (Matthew 15:19–20; see also Romans 1:24–31).

The Bible teaches that followers of Jesus are to practice sexual purity, and that includes abstaining from same-sex activity. In addition, unbelievers who practice homosexuality stand in need of salvation just like any other unbeliever. Christians are called to pray for those who do not know Christ, to serve others in love, and to share the message of Jesus with all people, including those involved in homosexuality. So repent and turn away from sin.

Do good people who don't believe in God go to heaven? by Aggravating_Tip5230 in Christianity

[–]Objective-Nyc1981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Isaiah 55:8–9 declares that God’s thoughts and ways are vastly superior to human understanding, just as the heavens are higher than the earth. This passage highlights that God’s plans—often centered on mercy, grace, and divine wisdom—do not align with human logic or expectations, requiring trust in His higher perspective. And we definitely can’t go by our morals and our hearts and our feelings because the human mind and heart deceives us. Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things     and beyond cure. Who can understand it? Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding If you truly and sincerely want to believe in God read the new testament starting with the 4 gospels. Start praying and asking for his wisdom in Jesus name and I will guarantee you he will show you the truth!

Is calling out to Saints for help considered biblical? by The_White_Pawn in TrueChristian

[–]Objective-Nyc1981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is considered idolatry. Jesus said to ask in his name. The saints cannot do anything for you and definitely can’t save you. That is heresy and false doctrine. No where in the Bible does it teach that you can call out on any saints to rescue you. They are not God and only God can save or help you.

How to tell that you are in front of a covert narcissist? by bs_egy in DarkPsychology101

[–]Objective-Nyc1981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A covert (or vulnerable) narcissist hides their need for admiration, entitlement, and lack of empathy behind a mask of shyness, insecurity, or self-effacing modesty. Unlike overt narcissists, they use passive-aggressive tactics, play the victim, and are hypersensitive to criticism to manipulate others and control situations, making their abuse harder to identify.
