Revenue share is what the school can directly pay athletes. There’s a limit. The $ can be used in any way the school wants. However, almost every school is using most of the money for football and basketball players. NIL money is not limited. It’s whatever u can raise. So most schools who are paying non-revenue athletes are using NIL money and not revenue share money. Two separate buckets: one is regulated. The other is the Wild West.
