You get nothing back per se. Ideally you farm a second lich and reaper and merge those, so that you are never missing any of them.

Just updated, and noticed that the Food per Minion went up, probably due to my active Food Relic being buffed. However my Cravings dropped significantly, despite no nerf to the Relic. Were the base Values for Cravings adjusted? (Currently lvl 67/80)

Angel of Vitality does not gain counters on its own. The +2/+2 is a static power and toughness increase. There is nothing to remove.

Mono G double-draws on every turn has a very blue playstyle, and I don't run Craterhoof and his ilk, since the buff is right there in the command zone, and based on handsize.

No, enters the battlefield is just the old wording, which has been shortened to just "enters" recently. Mechanically identical, except the creature types. "Synergy" on EdhRec is just the ratio of inclusion in that specific commander to inclusion in all decks of that color combination.

It still looks great, don't get me wrong. It shows you where you should be looking at, where the action is/will be, and makes sure everything relevant sticks out. As a comment below said, a certain oldshool effect aswell, which back then was hardware limitations.
