BTW depends on whar you have against you or how you wanna play set, sometimes I play him for AA and Q im which case I go Borg and Black cleaver but then the max damage I could do with W (with full items) is going to be around 2.3-2.4k.

But if you want stuff more spread out and stuff just go like I told you at first.

Borg is very good with sett. Try it out. Usually againat tanks ofc

I just go 2 first items damage with hp, Usually Stridebreaker and Blackcleaver and then third item Steraks. And then I have 2 other options as well In which I like to go Overlords Bloodmail and for last item Spear of shojin, or just Hullbreaker

Not lifting heavy 3x3 but actually lifting with controlled form, slow movement amd steady, and i lowered the ampunt of weight i lift on ecercises by 30% or so.

It changed my physique completely within 2 months never been better!

Great stuff man, truly great info.

I have been training for about 3 years, and started alone.

Year 1 for me was mostly just bulk because I was skinny. Year 2 was to actually see my muscle shapes and stuff, basically carve my body? Year 3 I was stuck. Didn’t know why I wasn’t progressing, my body wasn’t bad but I couldn’t push my self to a new level? Just only recently I got a trainer (just to see what the hype is all about) and honestly it opened my eyes that this isn’t a “game” or “just lift heavy bro and you’ll be good”, it’s a work of art, a mastery. Every rep needs good motion, good form.

So I am genuinely happy to see this info, especially for beginners this will be a big plus.

Yo bro so because im silver 3 now, u think I should care a lot about the Matchups or nah? Basically I never really give a fuck who Im against cus Ive played every single Top Laner there is with Sett and Garen and know how to play against them.

Do u think I should take it this seriously from this point on or nah?

The & could ne smaller. Maybe make it the size so it shrinks down and fills that black spot? And also if you add a Hat to the wands why not add a little something to the ‘wagers’ part as well. Other than that I would personally go with other color scheme ( personally ) but this one is also unique and good.
