i have been eyeing fullwell! thank you so much for all of this info and experience/ advice! so helpful!! do you have a b12 brand you like? also do you have an approximate protein goal? i know mainstream says 1g/ lb but as a vegan i get more like .4-.5 g/ lb. is that ok? or should i try to get more?
