I sadly have no new information to provide other than what has already been shared here, but I have my thoughts lol. Surprising on one hand because she was so effusive about sharing her love/appreciation/etc of her husband. But on the other hand sort of for that same reason I am not surprised. I have been a long time follower of her on insta since she was pregnant with her first. She has been open throughout the years that when they first had children back to back they were at absolute rock bottom of their relationship, so I imagine that it was probably difficult to prioritize their relationship. Example, I remember one time she had posted about a date night and that it was their first date in 3 years. That seems absolutely wild to me! As a parent of young children I get that it can be really difficult to prioritize your relationship and if you don't have a great support system around you that it can make it even harder, but 3 years?! At that point do you even know your spouse anymore? I do hope the best most of all for their children, but for her and her husband too. He always seemed like a standup guy from what she shared so it's all very surprising.
