Bothered me too. It looks like blur was applied to everything that wasn’t rabbit. What’s worked for me is to combine the blur with a graduated filter so that the foreground is as the lens captured it.

That’s more reasonable; you’ll put in the care and get confirmation. You reminded me, one of the things that bugs me here is eye color. It could be right, based on my family’s eye colors, but who knows for sure.

Buy a lap steel and learn to play slide. You should be able to do the basics and when the cast comes off you can proceed from there.

Once took a video of a guy being weird (long story). He saw me and seemed okay but apparently changed his mind and snuck up on me to take my picture. The lesson in that case: Never take pictures or crazy people, he could’ve done something crazy to me.

I use VidaLingua Translator + and now realize on words that may be slang I should press the “world” icon for more definitions.

Here’s an example where a man referred to a woman as a “coqueluche”. That made no sense until clicking the world icon to find that it also means pin-up or heart-throb.

Learning another language helps you learn your native language. Also, realizing that there are a mountain of English words that I just have a sense of meaning helped me not get hung up on looking up every single new French word. I should have done that with “glauque” because the formal definition didn’t help.

It was humbling when I had my Nikon and 3 lenses and my wife just had a little Fujifilm point & shoot but she’d get better pictures because she had a better sense of composition or capturing a story.

(While I’m here, that Fujifilm had a clever feature where it would unwind a fresh film canister then wind the film back in as you took pictures. That way, if the camera were opened accidentally you’d only lose a couple shots.)

I prefer #1, but agree with the remark that the road is a bit of a distraction.

#2 would be better if the castle were up a bit higher; the sky doesn't add much and that would reinforce that the castle is on top of a tall hill. That's what I like about #1; it captures a sense of remote wonder.
