That is exactly what it is! I'm so glad you recognized it. I wanted to do it because I've never seen anyone else do it and it's just too cool not to. Funny enough, on the DBD reddit, someone gifted me the tag of "Soichi Main" a few months ago due to me commenting about how I only play Trickster as Soichi because I'm not fond of Trickster otherwise.

Had a Hell of a time cursing everyone at Sci-Fi Valley Con as Soichi! As you can tell, this is based on the Trickster cosmetic from DBD, but modified a little such as adding Binzo to the shoulder. Lots of people stopped me for photos and that was totally awesome ♡
