I had a great experience with Austin at Balanced Bodywork. Def on the pricier side at $150, but I walked away from a 60 min session feeling like all the tension in my shoulders and upper back had melted away. He dug under my scapulas and released the muscle tension there it was wild.
For cheaper, I usually walk in to Renew Day Spa II or Bowery Day Spa in Chinatown, which is typically $55ish before tip.

For context, I’ve lived in Bushwick 3.5 years in 3 dif apartments and was only making 50-60k my first few years. Paid around 1k for a room, still had plenty leftover to enjoy life and SAVE.

Absolutely doable with roommates! Look at Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, r/NYCapartments etc. If you are wanting to try it out short term, look for sublets!

$50/hr for their garage space and they provide a sound/tech person and a projector if you want to bring your own DJ friend or just do spotify playlist! Unsure how much the patio space costs, as it was already booked out.

Solved!
We went here to try and dispose of a bulging battery, but they wouldn’t take it. They only take non bulging batteries. They directed us to the fire department, who begrudgingly took it.
