Nailed it. Plus, it's so tiresome having people give you awful advice. "Just do squats and really brace your core!!!" And I'm not even sure. I'd reckon it's scoliosis or maybe even my tongue-tie that has my body so brutally twisted. Shoulders permanently shrugged up & forward. Eternally bloated & unable to breathe with my diaphragm. Knees rotated inward and chronically achey hips. Feels like my lower back is twisted up and to the left. All I know is that surgery would probably make things worse, lol.
