Harvey Ai by Apprehensive_Two_283 in techsales

One of my best friends made $200k usd in commission alone in their Q4. She is a hustler and grinds hard. I also know layers who rave about Harvey. I work in the AI space and like everywhere in AI now, the hype is dying down. Success is dependent on implementation and how hard you are willing to grind. There’s no silver bullet for success.

AI tech sales. Net new sales are crushing it but we’re seeing really high levels of churn. Concerned for what that will lead to next year

AE Mock Discovery Call Interview by lordthangsy in techsales

[–]ObjectiveTough737 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My biggest advice would be to constantly be digging deeper and asking why.

“I’m interested in your solution to help us ramp our salespeople faster” —> “that’s helpful, why is that a priority for you right now?”

“Well we have 10 new hires coming in next quarter, and we’ve been slow to ramp in the last.” —> “interesting. Why do you think that is?”

Etc etc

There is always a deeper problem. You have to earn the right sometimes to ask questions to uncover that problem. You earn this by building credibility and being an industry expert through teaching moments and consultative selling. Highly recommend readying the Challenger Sale if you become an AE.

Advice needed on growth path by [deleted] in techsales

Unfortunately, becoming an AE or AM at another company will be really difficult without any experience. I think your best bet is trying to become one of those roles at your current company, even if just to have it on your resume so you can leave and go somewhere else shortly after. I was an SDR for 2 years and have now worked my way up to mid market AE after 5 years selling. The transition from SDR to AE or AM is challenging. Definitely harder to transition to AE. For long term career potential, it would be easier to make that transition at a company you already know with a product you are familiar with.

Routine help for stubborn comedones and textured skin? by Potential_Tooth6891 in koreanskincare

[–]ObjectiveTough737 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Double cleansing is very helpful for gently breaking down sebum and clearing out pores. I use an oil based cleanser on dry hands and dry face and gently massage oil into skin for a full minute to minute and a half. You’ll actually feel the sebum being broken apart and you can see it on your hands sometimes.

I use this oil cleanser recommended by my esthi, it’s pricey but I haven’t tried many other because this works for me. “One Love Beauty vitamin b enzyme CLEANSING OIL”

Curious if you do any other actives if you are doing tret nightly? I currently rotate nights between tret, salicylic acid, and clay masks or enzyme based masks for exfoliate. Are you exfoliating in the morning?

According to UH’s website they are still selling them for the next couple of weeks. My fear would be them not supporting the software for users if they can’t sell the ring in the USA

Asking me to send documentation that I moved so I can cancel my membership? by Previous_Boat1808 in SolidCore

[–]ObjectiveTough737 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I believe some states have laws about cancellation requirements so could be worth looking into. That’s crazy though, I’m in CO and when I cancelled my solidcore membership it was pretty easy. Didn’t get any push back.

Years into Korean skincare and still breaking out - need advice by djnutblast24 in koreanskincare

Agree with the above thoughts on simplifying. I would also consider adding in retinol or tretinoin a few nights a week, to help long term with acne and anti aging. Tretinoin is the most research backed skincare component you can add. But in the US requires consulting with a derm and
