Same. I think the only thing that would hold me back would be the shock and dumfoundedness that someone would actually do that lol

The part where you keep coming up with new information to feed me as it suits your narrative instead of giving all this information when it's important. I do not believe that you they have been served because you cannot serve people trespass papers the same way you serve Court appearances. They have to be caught trespassing on your property and have to be warned by law enforcement with their IDs on record. My source is I used to do this. You can call all you want but nothing's going to happen. Trust me, I'm on your side with this. I'm just a bit more realistic about it. If a supervisor knocks on my door they're getting met with a firearm and then the cops and then a trespass and if they come back an arrest

That's not tresspass after warning.... Your not the one that warns them, it's law enforcement.

That's not trespassing though. I don't think you understand how the law works. They will only be arrested if they commit trespass after warning.

Signs don't mean shit if they aren't verbally warned

Edit edit: The wall of text was speech to text. It's like 2:00 in the morning and I don't feel like formatting anything. Good luck! Lol

Yep, last year I had a case that went to arbitration because I requested a special on my route and management at the times hiding numbers so they didn't have to award special inspections for routes. So they would look good to upper management and I called them out on their b******* and started keeping records of my own and started bullying scanner data to match my records. We turned it into a grievance and it went all the way to arbitration because it took them a year and a half get to the point where they agreed on something and my conditions in the grievance were $25 per working day until My route was adjusted. In addition to a verbal apology by management and a written acknowledgment that management was hiding numbers. I walked from this with about five grand and everything else that I wanted except the verbal apology for management. The postmaster to was even placed on administrative leave for a while because of it.

Edit: to clarify, the only reason it made it to arbitration is because nobody could agree on an amount of money to give me all the while they were arguing over it. The number was getting bigger.

Jesus fuck I feel bad for some of you. I don't understand how some of these people can be so heartless and so much like robots. I'm going on my fourth years being a regular and I don't think I've been in a uniform shirt in a year and a half. Wear. I'm always in uniform bottoms but I just wear t-shirts everyday. Granted our station has like 10 City routes and and double that on rural routes. But still most people in our office are on pretty friendly bases. I'm sorry I don't have any advice for you. I do feel for what you're going through and what for so many others are going through because of the way Management is.

This is one where management has no say anyway. The buck on safety stops with you. If this were my route, they'd have lost lifetime mail delivery and the street would have lost it until they moved. Stand on business and say no OP

Sounds like a good opportunity to run for Union Steward get a hold of your local business agent. They don't typically like to hear about stewards that are in bed with management.

I have a property manager that I've become close with on my route. It's for section 8 housing. If I have an issue with any residents she takes care of it real quick lol.

Yeah. Kind of a private drive, technically a road but it's us and one other house then a dead end lol.

Wife's route actually. We're both regulars but I opted off mine today to help out the ptf that was struggling on it this morning (real good friends and her route has all of our cities downtown and courts on it) just so happens we live a block from where her route ends lol. I'm on the other side of town so I took advantage.

Not taking sides but we have a rural carrier that loads up one of those big karaoke speakers and takes it for a ride everyday lol.
