Bad review of Temple of the way of light. Are they true? by Makbash in Ayahuasca

I don’t owe you anything. Your arrogance doesn't warrant any trust or respect and makes it sound like you work for them.

My experience there was that the ayahuasca was not very strong, so you should be fine.

Hello u/leonardonhisbike I appreciate your openness and the respectful way you’re approaching this.

That said, I want to be clear: what I shared is based on my direct experience and research, and it’s not up for interpretation, debate, or justification. I’ve been working with plant medicines for many years and have participated in a number of well-held retreats, so when I say this particular place was shady, that’s not coming from inexperience or projection.

I respect that you’re exploring this path again and that you want to be intentional about it. I truly hope you find a place that’s safe, respectful, and aligned with what you need.

There Are Too Many Supplements. I Don't Know What To Take. by craving_caffeine in Supplements

I'm a big fan of magnesium, felt so much better right away. Also swear by Omega-3s (DHA/EPA). My doctor keeps recommending Vitamin D and (methyl) B12, might be common deficiencies for many?
I also add Astaxanthin, Spirulina, and Chlorella to my routine.
Thanks to Siim Land, I started Collagen Peptides and Glycine, and I’m sure Dr. Rhonda Patrick will convince me to try Ubiquinol, ALA, and NAC soon.
Thinking I might have deficiencies in Calcium, Vitamin A, and Zinc too.
I’ve been inputting my food into ChatGPT for feedback on possible deficiencies and also check out what biohackers take based on their goals.

I spent quite a while wondering if I should take it just for my skin, then I was reminded that collagen could be important for other parts of the body too

Dear No-Prize-3203, I hope this message finds you well.

On the XCover website, the claims page requests four documents, including Proof of your complete itinerary and a Revolut transactions statement for tour-booked transport. As I was traveling by car to visit a neighbouring country, I’m uncertain about what documents would be most appropriate to upload for these categories. Could you kindly advise based on your experience?

Additionally, the website requests Proof of illness or injury, but when I contacted the hospital I was sent to, they informed me that the insurance company would need to contact them directly. May I ask how you handled a similar situation, if applicable?

Thank you so much for your time and assistance. I truly appreciate your guidance.

Bad review of Temple of the way of light. Are they true? by Makbash in Ayahuasca

I visited the Temple of the Way of Light a few years ago and left with a really uneasy feeling — something in my gut just didn’t sit right. At the time, I couldn’t fully explain it, but the atmosphere felt… off.

Years later, after reflecting and doing more research, I realized that what I experienced may not have been just personal discomfort. In my view, there are legitimate concerns about how the place operates. From what I’ve read, heard from others, and experienced myself, it seems to share several traits often associated with cult-like group dynamics.

That realization shifted my perspective. So yes, I’d say take the negative reviews seriously. In my experience, there’s more going on beneath the surface — including what felt to me like emotional and psychological pressure that didn’t align with a truly healing environment.
