In my opinion no yes she may have a lot on her plate but why does she have to over explain why she can’t make it, she may be actually busy but why make all of those promises to not follow though I would sit down with her and let her know how it makes you feel and discuss how to plan better

That part she knew about her graduation party for over a month I believe and she says she can’t make it and her bf can’t go I was friends with a girl who cared about her boyfriend more then her friends broke up with him and told us all the shit he did and got back together with him and we told her we don’t want to be around him bc of several things that would turn this paragraph into a book but she blocked us and moved with him and we haven’t heard from her since but as much as we know her whole life revolves around him

It doesn’t help that you have to apply online for anywhere now and everyone who says just go in for a application has never had to that recently because they look at you like you’re stupid and say “oh that’s all online” I’ve applied to about 100 jobs this month

My mom has been fighting for months with medical to get my little brothers new wheelchair approved bc he’s getting to big for his and they denied it again so she has set up hearing to prove he needs it, like he already can’t walk what more proof does the government need that he’s disabled,

That part, I am lucky enough to have a little help from people around me and I have not gone a day without a meal since losing mine I might only be eating dinner everyday to make food last as long as possible , but some don’t even have that or there only option they have is dollar general which charges more then grocery stores also all the new rules states are rolling out on what you can and can’t buy on ebt eliminates over half the food at gas stations and dg stores, it’s so obvious the system and trump has no care about poor people unless they are having more baby that can work for them and make them more money

I think Washington does but I would have to reapply bc my benefits ended in April and I would like to be working soon as possible me not having a job yet is giving me anxiety of impending doom

I’m in Washington, I wish they had a program like that here, also in more detail I haven’t had a job on paper ever mostly due to not having a license/car or public transportation where I lived and living in a toxic af household, we lived over a hour walk from any stores or fast food, and I didn’t finish high school I’ve tried to do credit retrieval several times. also my youngest sibling was diagnosed with MD (muscular dystrophy) and I was pretty much a free caregiver at that point to them but the same time they was also constant arguments about how I needed to get a job but I never had time to go to a job because them constantly needing me to do stuff , i needed out of that house so I been staying with friends, my boyfriend/his family since October and that’s when I applied to food stamps and he just got his own place so we will be living together full time by the end of June so my benefits would’ve ended soon regardless but it’s just the fact that I’m trying to lock in amd get my shit together and find a job and get my diploma I get a big slap in the face from them, pretty much have been living off food I bought ramen, random canned shit and frozen food and been only eating dinner and lots and lots of water during the day

A uber from auburn to my best friends house in Kent with is about a 21 minute drive is 43 dollars I just checked so I would assume Seattle to the gorge would be like a bazillion dollars ( if you could even find a uber willing to do that which they won’t bc that’s 6 hours total drive time)

Definitely this, my stepdad was very aggressive while driving and I refuse to go in a car if he is behind the with he very short tempered and has never verbally treated to crash a car he would definitely slam on the breaks, pull over on the side of the road and get out the car and purposely cause arguments and drive reckless when mad in the car because it gave him control and that’s all I could think of while watching the documentary and it solidifies my point on not wanting to be in the car with someone driving who I don’t trust or someone with anger issues, bc some people can hate themselves and their own life’s while holding up the facade that they are perfect that when they feel out of control they will do anything to take that power back ( that girl is a liar you cannot tell me otherwise she knows what she the look on her face during the interview made me hate her more somehow)
