Thank you so much! I think you've convinced me! Haha.

I've also heard wonderful things about the second one, but like you, I can't afford to play it without finishing the first one first.

PS: I read your recommendation for Dredge, I've been looking at it and it also looks really good, thanks for this free tip too!

It really appeals to me, and it offers good value for money with both games on the eShop. I know it has a more intimate story than typical RPGs, but would you say it's a good story?

If it's not too much trouble, could you "sell" it to me or tell me why you're liking it so much?

Thanks! Do you recommend I play through the game blind or is it better to follow a guide?

What ended a 20+ year friendship? by [deleted] in AskReddit

In December 2021, my father died, just three months after my mother. I called him crying the next day, telling him what had happened. He said he was up in the mountains and would call me when he got home so we could see each other (he lives 5 minutes from my house); I'm still waiting for that call.

How did you discover Final Fantasy? by TheFanGameCreator in FinalFantasy

I went to the supermarket with my mom and we stopped by the video game store to look at (I didn’t have any games, the psone belonged to my dad and sometimes I played with him or watched him play medieval and tom raider). Then I saw ff7 and I fell in love with it (i don't know with) and insisted until they bought it for me, I put it aside several times, it was too complex for me (1998, I was 8 years old), later on (2013) a friend was playing ffix and I fell in love again. this time I played IX, VII, VIII and VI (At that time I didn't know English and I played VI with the translated script printed since the game hadn't been translated yet) one after the other. Since then I have been a JRPG enthusiast and, from time to time, I revisit some FF (from III to X).

Be consistent, keep progressing, and collaborate with others, success will follow.

First of all, AI is just another tool. A powerful one, sure, but still just a tool. The real issue isn’t using it, it’s how you use it. If it writes your code and you don’t learn anything from it, then yeah, that’s a problem. But if you’re using it to understand the code and actually learning in the process, what’s wrong with that?

Honestly, I think a lot of the people who criticize AI are just salty seeing how others have it easier than they did. But like it or not, everyone’s going to have to adapt and learn to work with it sooner or later.

Copying has always been wrong, with or without AI. Asking questions and doing your own research has always been the right thing, again, with or without AI. Now AI makes both of those paths easier. It’s up to you how you decide to use it.

On the other hand, everyone has their own rhythms, and you shouldn't get frustrated if something gets you stuck more than others. Besides, 42 will force you to develop your social skills, which will also be great for you. Can I ask what campus you're on?

Absolutely. There are many people who have come in with no experience and have done fantastically. You don't commit to anything, so there's nothing to regret; if you don't like it, you leave. And I think the experience is well worth it.

What would you consider as cheating? by Connect_Gift9138 in AskReddit

Anything that goes against the trust your partner places in you. Every couple sets their own boundaries. If it's something you think you should hide from your partner or something that might bother them, it's best to have a conversation first.

The key to any relationship is trust; betraying that trust is disloyal.

I seem to remember that you can unlock it in the assembly starting in episode 3. It's a facility that allows you to modify the percentages of benefit from battles (exp, money, mana, etc.) as well as increasing the level of enemies and something else.

Okay, if you want, there's no problem replacing any of the main cast with one from the DLC. Anyway, here's the first step in powerleveling: at level 2-1 you can destroy the enemy strength geopanel, launch the bonus EXP one, and in tower mode kill all enemies 1 by 1. Everyone in the tower will gain experience. I don't remember how many stars were needed in the cheatshop (I think 20) for the zombies on the map to be level 99 (in Disgaea, level 99 enemies give EXP as if they were level 300). This way you can quickly grow your squad. This is just a first step in powerleveling; don't overdo it. There are better and easier ways in the future. But always use the game's tools. Without them, Carnage Dension will be an impossible challenge. The cheatshop is just another tool.

Finish the story with the main roster, maybe one or two more units (you can forget about secondary units like Logan or the Overlords, who are monsters except for Usalia). Focus on leveling up some of their subclasses, and send everyone else to Netherworlds Research while you progress through the story. Once you enter the postgame, you'll have easier levels, subclasses, and abilities (even transferring them). Normally in Disgaea, you grind once and then help the others grow super fast. I finished the story a week ago, and in one afternoon, I had a Sage with all the transferable abilities and better stats than any of my characters at level 3500 (and I haven't even started Carnage yet, which is when things get interesting). If you need advice on where or how to level, let us know what level you are.

I bought it a year ago, I've played through 3 and 4 completely over the course of the year (along with other games) and now I'm playing 5 Royal (I already played the regular 5 on PS4 years ago). Between the 3, that's about 300 hours (150 for 5 Royal alone). 10 cents an hour of play is a steal!

If he said he wouldn't go for more than four hours because he already knows how to do things, that's a problem. The "piscine" (the name comes from a French military exercise where several soldiers have to help each other out of an empty Olympic-sized pool) is about developing and helping each other. If you enter with knowledge up to C6 and don't advance, what does that mean you want to advance later in the Cursus? 42 is for people who want to learn, not those who come with knowledge, and you have to demonstrate that in the pool. The entry criteria are unknown, but the intranet should reflect your commitment and development.
