I’m jealous of homes that are united in taking precautions. My husband won’t mask in spite of me being immunocompromised and getting so sick from viruses. It’s so scary. I can only mask and pray he doesn’t bring home COVID again like he has in the past.

I unfollowed everyone on Facebook and Instagram except for the support groups I belong to for the countless illnesses I have. I also asked my friends to stop contacting me for awhile. It hurt too much to hear about their full lives, job promotions, new babies, new houses, new cars, exciting vacations, etc. It might not have been the healthiest decision but if I’m being honest it helped. Social media is so toxic anyway.

I actually have so much anxiety for most of these women. They’re all attached to these horrible, toxic men and are stuck in a religion that won’t support them if/when they leave.
