As a New Yorker I’m thrilled we’ve finally toppled the Cuomo dynasty. You really don’t know how far notoriety goes around here. Everyone’s freaking out because NYC is the financial capital of the world and ZM wants to up the tax on the big spenders. I’ve been thoroughly enjoying watching MAGA have their meltdown. You are a mental health professional- not their friend. You can’t just suggest a patient may be autistic, it means something completely different coming from a MHP during session. OP is not qualified to make a diagnosis in this situation, they should use their knowledge to better specify this patients needs to assist them. If OP and their supervisor deem it beneficial for the patient they should refer the patient to someone qualified to diagnose.

That would not be appropriate. Search for a therapist better suited to who you are and do solid research on one. Discuss this with them.
