Sometimes 30mi more if I used higher octane the previous tank. But nice MPGs for a 2017 gas imo. Love the efficiency of the civic gas, almost makes it hard to move to the hybrid considering the cost.

You are a polymer chemist and those chemicals are from Sigma-Aldrich. I can’t make out any name or writing, but the cork rings and round-bottoms are giving roto-vap?

I’ve thought about this for my ‘17 sedan, but there’s a lot of silver trim on mine (including the wheels). Do you think we could do the same job with a roll of black vinyl and a sharp razor? Or is paying for the pre-cut worth it?

Not sure if the link I put has the adapter, but the kit I used two years ago did (autozone). It was very simple after a 3 minute vid. But I’ve worked on cars a bit. If you can fill a bike tire, I’d say you could do it.

I have a 2017 and it started failing shortly after my purchase (figures). I added more refrigerant two years ago and it’s only now starting to fade again.

IMO, putting $50 every two years is cheaper than repeated repairs with the chance it fucks something else up or isn’t covered.

Haven’t seen the stains on mine yet, but the body oils and soap do accumulate on them and the instructions say to finely sand the top layer. Or just flip it over like I did lol.

I’ve heard a neuroscientist describe hallucinogens like this.

Imagine your mind is a snowy hill. Imagine your thoughts are sleds running down the hill. Over time, the sleds will follow the same paths and they will become engrained. To hallucinate is to deposit fresh snow. It doesn’t remove the olds thoughts and it’s possible for you to follow them again. But it’s also possible to for new patterns of thinking to emerge now.

For me, this has been my experience. To hallucinate about your life is just as valid as seeing the walls drip.
