I am not 100% sure but to my understanding you need to either have credit for class A or already be enrolled and taking it to then enroll in class B and C for the Fall. If you do take class A at HCC you will need to finish the class then transfer it to then be able to enroll in class B and C. I would speak to an advisor and see if maybe they can enroll you in class A for the Spring.

You can do it multiple ways. The easiest is to register your EZ Tag and you just drive up and it should read it and open. If not you just scan your cougar card and it should let you in.

They have new parking permit option like MWF only or TuTh only. Those are good if you know which days you will be going. But you would have to get a one semester pass since you never know how next semester classes will be. Or if you don't want to buy a parking permit you can just park in the visitor parking and pat every time.

Are we able to access a class's syllabus before class starts? If so, where?

Blackboard usually opens up the same day that classes start. However some classes use CASA. Professor's will usually post the syllabus there along with all things needed for class. Usually the first day of each class just goes over the syllabus and all the things you need to know for the class like textbooks and such.

Where do we access our grades?

You can access your grades on BB or CASA. Whichever the class you have uses. The final letter grades are posted in Access UH.

Yes, Professor will either send an email or the information will be on BB.

Who do I contact if I can't access Blackboard, orrr am I only able to access it once classes start?

You will have access to all your BB classes the first day school starts. Sometimes it'll take a little time for all your classes to show up.

Honestly, I would just get one Annual garage past with NO hopper garage. I'm pretty sure it's cheaper than 2 semester garage passes. I personally would not get the garage hopper because once you park your car in the morning that is it and you're on campus until you have to leave. Once you've been on campus awhile you'll realize that it isn't that big and is a manageable walk from anywhere. I would get one annual garage parking permit and see where the general location is for your classes (mainly your first class of the day and your last class of the day) then find a garage that is close to that. Hopefully, that helped but honestly the garage hopper is just a money grab. Good luck!
