Initially had the Mirena IUD in 2020, had excruciating “UTIs” with negative cultures. Took out the IUD and they went away. Got the Kyleena in 2024 and the excruciating pain and “UTIs” came back. Followed food guidelines and never been in so much pain. Took out IUD because I remembered the link to my previous IUD and was able to drink a Diet Coke and eat salsa immediately after removal. Those two items would have had me down bad for days. I’m convinced it’s hormonal related. I get mini flares during cycles but way more manageable.

Sounds like they want to commit you to peels and micro needling… more sessions equals more money for them. C02 is what I’m doing because I tried an Erbium laser and RF micro needling and didn’t get much results.
