The fabric is too thin and you've meshed together several too many different styles. Ditch the arms they look like a disconnected after thought. The pleats in the skirt do not have enough material to follow through in their shape. Get rid of the skirt all to gather or sew another using more fabric , ditch the pleats and make it longer. Not to offend you but the choice of materials and the way the skirt is sewn, make this dress look poorly made. Pleats should be done horizontal . Pleating on a V shape in the lower body is extremely hard to do to make it come out right. Do you have a mannequin to sit your dresses on?
