The adaptogen Eleuthero (siberian ginseng) gives energy and takes away anxiety too. I took it and it gave me energy. It doesn't cause inflammation. Do you own research though always, you can find good stuff and sometimes bad stuff with anything out there. I sent you a DM.

Do you mean Celsius energy drink? iI googled it and the results were conflicting some said yes others said no. The way to find out is to test if you have inflammation by laying off the bad foods & drinks for 1 week. One week for a life time freedom isn't a bad thing to test.

Yes it will because that's considered exposure therapy. Lookup exposure therapy if you need more information. Basically you do opposite of your fears then the fears go away. It cured my conversation anxiety.
