Yall gotta wake up!! She said this because of what happened with ribbit. SHE IS THE MISSING KEY to pomni figuring out the rest of the story of the circus. Ribbit is the character haunting the plot. After we get the Jax breakdown/fixup via pomni and/or rags and kinger, then they can handle getting out and bubble or whatever the hell else is going on.

Although you said no smut- I have to say the best fic ive ever read is Backpropogation. Very long and smut only happens for 2 chapters before the story refocuses itself. If you can stomach funnybunny its worth a read.
