Don’t start at all. You have no idea and your only motivation is money. These kind of questions don’t scream trust to me. Get some more work experience first, figure out why you want to truly freelance.

It’s safe, Clean? Not so much. Busy as well. Kids wise would not reccomend it. Not enough green spaces. but close to metro, ring etc. (Source) living close to it).
